Kanye Being Honest!!!
Rapper Kanye West blames his infamous remark criticizing U.S. President George W. Bush's response to Hurricane Katrina on a "character flaw" that leaves him unable to censor himself.
West made headlines around the world when, during a live U.S. TV broadcast in 2005, he declared "George W. Bush doesn't care about black people."
And the 30-year-old claims he's been speaking from the heart without thinking about the consequences all his life.
He says, "It's almost a character flaw in me to be emotional and honest like that. Sometimes it works out; sometimes it can backfire on you."
