Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond CEO of Czar Entertainment who is also Game’s manager and the father of the kid that Tony Yayo allegedly slapped. Well his people have hit Mediaoutrage.com with an official statement from Jimmy “Henchman”.
Here’s what he had to say in response to this article written in the LA Times naming him as one of the masterminds behind the Tupac ambush in a NY studio back in 1994.
“In the past 14 years, I have not even been questioned by law enforcement with regard to the assault of Tupac Shakur, let alone brought up on charges.
Chuck Phillips, the writer who in the past has falsely claimed that the Notorious Biggie Smalls was in Las Vegas when Tupac was murdered and that Biggie supplied the gun that killed Tupac — only to be proven wrong as Biggie was in New Jersey recuperating from a car accident, has reached a new low by employing fourth-hand information from desperate jailhouse informants along with ancient FBI reports to create this fabrication.
I simply ask all Rap fans and fans of Tupac to analyze this fiction for what it is along with Phillips’ motives behind it. I am baffled as to why the LA Times would print this on its website when a simple and fair investigation would reveal that the allegations are false. I am currently consulting with my attorneys about my legal rights regarding this libelous piece of garbage.”

Sheriff: Kansas woman sat on boyfriend's toilet for 2 years; didn't want to leave bathroom
WICHITA, Kan. - Authorities are considering charges in the bizarre case of a woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for two years — so long that her body was stuck to the seat by the time the boyfriend finally called police.
Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple said it appeared the 35-year-old Ness City woman's skin had grown around the seat.
She initially refused emergency medical services but was finally convinced by responders and her boyfriend that she needed to be checked out at a hospital.
"We pried the toilet seat off with a pry bar and the seat went with her to the hospital," Whipple said. "The hospital removed it."
Whipple said investigators planned to present their report Wednesday to the county attorney, who will determine whether any charges should be filed against the woman's 36-year-old boyfriend.
"She was not glued. She was not tied. She was just physically stuck by her body," Whipple said. "It is hard to imagine. ... I still have a hard time imagining it myself."
He told investigators he brought his girlfriend food and water, and asked her every day to come out of the bathroom.
"And her reply would be, `Maybe tomorrow,'" Whipple said. "According to him, she did not want to leave the bathroom."
The boyfriend called police on Feb. 27 to report that "there was something wrong with his girlfriend," Whipple said, adding that he never explained why it took him two years to call.
Police found the clothed woman sitting on the toilet, her sweat pants down to her mid-thigh. She was "somewhat disoriented," and her legs looked like they had atrophied, Whipple said.
"She said that she didn't need any help, that she was OK and did not want to leave," he said.
She was reported in fair condition at a hospital in Wichita, about 150 miles southeast of Ness City. Whipple said she has refused to cooperate with medical providers or law enforcement investigators.
Authorities said they did not know if she was mentally or physically disabled.
Police have declined to release the couple's names, but the house where authorities say the incident happened is listed in public records as the residence of Kory McFarren. No one answered his home phone number.
The case has been the buzz of Ness City, said James Ellis, a neighbor.
"I don't think anybody can make any sense out of it," he said.
Ellis said he had known the woman since she was a child but that he had not seen her for at least six years.
He said she had a tough childhood after her mother died at a young age and apparently was usually kept inside the house as she grew up. At one time the woman worked for a long-term care facility, he said, but he did not know what kind of work she did there.
"It really doesn't surprise me," Ellis said. "What surprises me is somebody wasn't called in a bit earlier."

Mos Def is tipping Barack Obama to win the race for the White House, because he's the best looking candidate and a "rock star".
The rapper claims U.S. presidential hopeful Obama has the right look to convince voters to place a cross by his name when Americans go to the polls in November (08).
He tells PageSix.com, "America’s too vain, and he appeals to America’s sense of vanity. It’s the A&R guy in me... When I saw him on the cover of Men’s Vogue, I said, ‘This guy’s gonna win because he looks good.’ "So, the best-looking guy for the job is a black guy. I’m cool with that. People also want a rock-star quality to the president, which he has.”
Hollywood actor Denzel Washington is to be honored for his work in helping black students complete their education.
The actor recently directed and starred in The Great Debaters - a movie inspired by a black college debate team battling an all-white Ivy League university team during the legal segregation of the 1930s.
And now Washington and his wife Pauletta will be lauded by the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) - which will bestow upon the couple the prestigious Frederick D. Patterson Award, a prize given to those who have made a significant contribution to advancing black education.
The pair will receive the award at a UNCF dinner in New York on 7 March (08).

R&B superstar Rihanna has scrapped rumors she is dating singer Chris Brown-stating she is having too much fun living the single life to have a boyfriend.
The Umbrella star has been linked with a whole host of male stars - including music mogul and rival diva Beyonce Knowles' partner Jay-Z, who produced her smash hit record.
However, the 20-year-old Bajan beauty denies she is dating anyone at the moment, but states if a "good guy" came along she would reconsider her current single status.
She says, "Rumors come with the territory and you can't help these things. "I'm single. If a good guy comes along we'll make it work, but for now I'm having fun being a single woman."

A woman who thought she was hiring someone to kill her ex-husband gave an undercover police officer $3,000, a weapon and pictures to do the job, authorities said.
D'antonette Burns, 34, (above) was arrested Monday on a preliminary felony charge of conspiracy to commit murder, Indianapolis police said.
Burns, a forensic science student and full-time employee at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, was studying to be a crime scene investigator, WRTV-TV in Indianapolis reported.
An undercover investigator met Burns Aug. 6 after hearing that she wanted to hire someone for a killing, police said.
Over seven weeks, she met with the officer three times, making a $1,500 down payment and giving him a handgun and pictures of her ex-husband, Robert Mays, 33, police said.
Burns asked the undercover officer to kill her ex-husband and also provided pictures of his home and pictures of and directions to his workplace, police said. She also told the undercover officer, she would tell him how to cover his tracks because she was an expert in forensics.
On Monday, the undercover officer met with Burns and falsely told her he had killed her ex-spouse. She then paid him a second $1,500 installment, and she was arrested, according to police.
Burns and Mays have a 3-year-old child. Police said they think their intervention saved Mays' life.
"She was obviously serious. She had the money. She had the weapon," said Indianapolis Metro police Sgt. Paul Thompson. "She had a special type of ammunition known to law enforcement as particularly devastating 'Black Talon' ammunition, and she definitely meant business."
Students on IUPUI's campus were shocked to hear of the arrest.
"I think it's pretty surprising just because the science students I know are fairly professional," said Barbara Janiak. "We're an ethical group of aspiring scientists."
Burns was being held without bond Monday night.

The British children's charity which booked Whitney Houston for an upcoming fundraiser has slammed reports it is paying her a multi-million dollar (pound) fee for the event.
Organizers of the Caudwell Children's Legend Ball in Battersea, London announced earlier this week (28Feb08) they had hired Houston for their annual fundraiser in May (08), with media outlets reporting the charity had paid upwards of $3.4 million for the gig.
But a spokesperson for the organization has blasted this figure, branding the claims "ludicrous."
