Diddy A No-Go for Fireworks!!

Hip-hop mogul Sean Combs has been forced to reduce his extravagant party plans after New York officials banned his fireworks show proposal.

Combs is planning to invite hundreds to his annual White Party in East Hampton on 2 September (07).

The rapper has planned a $100,000 fireworks show over the Northwest Harbor, but city officials have refused his application for a permit because the fireworks may attract boaters to a dangerous area of the bay.

However, Combs' permit to hold the party itself has been granted.
