Bobby Takes Whitney Back to Court!!!

Bobby Brown is trying to renegotiate visitation rights and possibly a big alimony settlement in his divorce from Whitney Houston.

Bobby says Whitney blocked his number from her phone and won't let their daughter Bobby Kris return his phone calls.

Bobby also claims to have been virtually homeless while paying nearly $10,000.00 for Whitney and Bobby Kris to stay in a hotel during Whitney's last rehab stay.

They are scheduled back in divorce court on August 31, and while Bobby might get cut a little slack on the visitation tip, he can forget about getting his hands on any of Whitney's money.

He signed a pre-nuptial agreement that says he’s not entitled to alimony or support.
